NB Renamer License Agreement

1. Personal Use License

Permission is hereby granted to use the standard version of NB Renamer for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Authorized Personal Use includes:

Individual Use: Personal organization and file management.
Educational Use: Learning and projects by students or individual educators.
Non-Professional Productivity: Use that does not relate to a business, trade, or profession.

2. Commercial Use & NB Renamer Pro

Any use not explicitly defined as Personal Use requires a NB Renamer Pro license.

Commercial Use Defined: Commercial use refers to any utilization of the software by an entity with more than 5 employees, or any use intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation. This includes, without limitation:

Business Operations: Use within daily workflows or internal organizational processes.
Commercial Integration: Incorporating the software into for-profit goods or services.
Institutional Use: Use by any corporate, governmental, or organizational entity.
Revenue Generation: Any use intended to produce income or direct business value.

NB Renamer Pro is available for purchase via the App Store or our official website.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty
